Nepal license (Freeware)
========================

Please read this license agreement carefully.
By using all or any portions of the Nepal software,
you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
If you do not agree, do not use the Nepal software. 

Definitions
-----------

"Licensor" means the author of the Nepal software.

"Licensee" means you or your company.

"Software" means the executable Nepal interpreter, the related documentation and code samples.
It also includes any updates of the Nepal software.

"Use" or "Using" means to access, download, install, copy, distribute or execute the Software on a System.  

"System" means Windows OS.

Usage
-----

You are granted a non-exclusive license to Use the downloaded Software for any purposes
for an unlimited period of time.

The Software is provided free of charge. 

The Software may be installed and Used by the Licensee for any legal purpose on any number of Systems.
The Software can be copied and distributed under the condition that original copyright notice
and disclaimer of warranty will stay intact and the Licensee will not charge money for the Software.
Any copies ot the Software must contain the same copyright notices that appear on the Software.
Any distribution of the Software must contain this license agreement.

The Licensee will not have any proprietary rights on the Software. The Licensee agrees that
the Licensor keeps all proprietary rights on the Software.

The Licensee agrees not to decompile, disassemble, modify or reverse-engineer the
executable files of the Software.

Creating a compiler for the Nepal programming language is only allowed with written
permission by the Licensor.

Warranty
--------

The Software is provided "as it is" without warranty of any kind.

The entire risk arising from Using the Software remains with the Licensee.

The Licensor gives no warranty that the Software will be of satisfactory quality or
suitable for any particular purpose or that the Software will operate error-free.

In no event will the Licensor be liable for any damages, claims or costs
caused by Using the Software.
